Unboxing the K5 Highway Patrol | Fair RC Mod

We sent our exclusive K5 Patrol Car FCX24 mod to Quinn for an unboxing. In this video, he takes us through the whole package and demonstrates how to install the lightbar and stickers.

The K5 Blazer is a classic American vehicle that has taken on various iconic forms over the years. We’ve taken the popular 1:24 scale FMS K5 FCX24 RC model and thrown a new lick of paint and some water-based decals on it to give it the appearance of an old-fashioned patrol car. Also included is a matching police-car lightbar to be installed by the user (LEDs not included). It’s a cool look and recommended especially for Americana enthusiasts.

The mod retains all the features of the original model:

2. Hard plastic shell with injection-molded details
3. Groundbreaking two-speed transmission
4. Portal Axles (metal gear)

6. Remote control lighting system

Man, I wanted one of these so bad for my wife. She's a huge Hopper fan from Stranger Things, and this would be perfect. I am pretty decent with painting, so that won't be hard to paint the Black areas brown. Only problem is we just recently had to put her papa in a nursing home for Dementia and Alzheimer's disease, so we won't be getting it soon enough for her birthday in less than a month. But man, that build is supurb. Thanks for the vid! 😉🖖🍻❤️

I cringed so hard at the drill holes.

I have one of these in silver. I know it's a mod, but if it's a repaint, it's a damn good one. You literally cannot tell it was any other color but silver.
