FBI officials recommend Andrew McCabe be fired

FBI officials have recommended former deputy director Andrew McCabe be fired. Now, Attorney General Jeff Sessions is reviewing the recommendation, which could endanger his pension. CBS News justice and homeland security correspondent Jeff Pegues has more.

We need a new government. Politics should be keep out of job affiliation. Isn't the whole point of the Judicial branch supposed to be lawful neutral with no political bias and uphold the second laws that the Executive and Legislative branches make. Checks and Balances are set up for a reason by our forefathers to prevent one branch from having absolute power?

I won't believe it until I see it happen. Besides, this tool losing his pension would have little consequence, all he needs to do is sign some tell-all book deal afterwards.
