Why do some people suffer from seasonal allergies but not others?

I hate allergies. I get mild allergies every month for 3 days to a week but there are times that it gets worse than monthly allergies. In first week of January, I sneeze like million times and I cant breathe or smell through my nose. It probably the worse allergies I had.

I have allergies rn but thank god it is not annoying as hell like back then.
