Even if no more money is printed, Americans are sitting on alot of unspent cash. Once it gets out into the economy, you will have inflation. The Federal Reserve seems to be suffering from cognitive dissonance by keeping rates at less than 1%, while their repurchasing of money from member banks has gone way up to both inflate the economy and deflate it.
