In today's lesson, you will learn how to fix Thumbnails not Showing in Windows 10.
Open File Explorer. Select ‘This PC’ from the left side menu. Open Drive D. Open any folder with files in it. Go to View tab. Click on ‘Options’ and select ‘Change folder and search options’. The new window will ope. Go to View tab. Look for ‘Always show icons, never thumbnails’ option. Uncheck it. Click on ‘Apply’ and ‘Ok’.

ah.. the exact same 'solution' from 2012.. and .. just like that one- this doesn't work either.  I'm so tired of finding the same 'solution' in 500 different places.

idk why but my icons just randomly stopped showing up and this doens't help :p

There are many "solutions" to this problem posted on YouTube and other places. This may work for some people but this does not work for me - I still have no thumbnails showing - spent an hour now trying to get this to work but
