It says to me that it is pertaining to where the security interest will be held/ retained not retained FOR but retained IN the principal dwelling. But the security interest being retained at such and such address. Thats what i got from it.

Actually Ma'am, there's a difference between the US Code and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The US Code 👈🏿 is enforceable! And there is a Civil Liability section for the USC.

Thank you sister for the information but this interpretation is not accurate. We love and appreciate all you do however it pertains to all security interest. It did not include vehicles but it did not exclude them either. Every section of the title codes has definitions. Go see the definitions of "security interest". It says " is retained or acquired or will be retained or acquired. I can already have a place of dwelling and acquire a car loan/contract. This would apply if so

Can a car be considered a principal dwelling since there are people who live in their cars?

Peace & Prosperity! Great I just stubbled across it and subscribed. Gratitude for your work and may you continue to be rightly guided by your intensions to help inform. With the abundance of information going around it is difficult for us to be able to tell whats what. For ANY CONSUMER CREDIT CONTRACT That evidences or embodies a debt arising from a direct LOAN or Installment sale agreement LOAN to look up the following:
UNFAIR, DECEPTIVE, or ABUSIVE ACTS or PRACTICES
1.) 15 USC 45
1.) 16 CFR 433.
2.) FTC Act Section 5
3.) FDIC 6000 Compliance Manual VII 2.1
4.) Private Arbitration.
I do have content on my channel cover these things to help those that would like to view. May everyone find that which they seek!

What if my car contract says “you are giving a security interest in the goods” ? In that case doesn’t 15 USC 1635 and the corresponding CFR requirements apply since it states “ In a credit transaction in which a security interest is or will be retained” ??
Not being smart, genuine question
