so i have a question when i first got my pc last year i was able to use my ps4 conntroller on it (with the usb cable because my pc doesnt have bluetooth) but after that cord was damaged i got a new cord and now it wont connect to the pc. everytime i connect with the usb cable the yellow bar just comes on and off slowly even after ive reset the controller. plss help

I have one issue.I recently connect my dualshock 4 to my pc and now it wont reconnect to the ps4.I tried reseting and pressing the small button but everytime i press the playstation button the pc will recogonize it but not the ps4.When i turn off my pc my dualshock wont turn on is there anyway to fix it?
