Okay so I drink water while I listen and loop it for 3 times. I only listen it to those 3 times, and will sometime* come back to it after a few weeks .

I’ve gotten compliments from my mom about how my hair is looking so good and healthy, my grandma has said my hair has gotten longer and how pretty it looks. **Decided to do an update since it’s been 3 weeks. This is the most amount of compliments I’ve gotten about my hair since I watched the video. I decided to come back to this vid after 2 weeks of not watching it, and I am still receiving compliments💗. I would also like to say that I have personally noticed a difference in my hair, it’s much easier to work with, I barley get any tangles and knots, and even in the mornings when I first wake up my hair looks flawless.
