Our brand new 6 axis Kuka KR120 CNC robot machining centre with a 3900mm reach and a 120KG carrying capacity housed in a 7m x 4m bay.. This machine can reach every corner and then some!
We've installed a 7.5KW HSD ES919 spindle and 8 way tool changer, this machine eats resin board for breakfast!
Shown here machining a vacum forming tool for producing pipe sleeves. Tool size approx 1800mm x 900mm x 520mm in 0.7g/cm3 density PU model board.
Its running on Kuka CNC through MasterCAM X7 and Robotmaster 6.
We're using it as additional capacity to work alongside our Multiax T series producing a range of prototypes, tools and models.
