I roll my eyes at the process, but I still watched all 36 minutes of this video because I just LOVE your attitude so much. You are always so positive, kind, and genuine, so even if it isn't my thing, I enjoyed seeing how happy it made you. The entire Hermes experience is INSANE. Those of us who “ get” her are soooo aware of this. I’ve gotten my dream K32 and I’ve spent in several Hermes stores in the US and Europe. I’ve purchased gifts for my sisters as well. I’ve also purchased 2 preloved Hermes bags that I also love. The quality of Hermes is unmatched so if you love quality but you don’t want to immerse yourself in the INSANITY, don’t! Do what you want, buy what you want and love what you buy!!!

Wow, thank you for this explanation -- I didn't know that if you accepted a bag, you were less likely to get offered another one. I had actually heard the exact opposite -- that if you're offered a bag, you pretty much have to take it, even if it's not what you want, because if you turn one down you won't get offered another one.

I thought I wasn't hearing right when I saw the "rules" of how to "be offered" or "score" a bag. It took time to understand that, no, you don't have to do all these things to get offered or score these as a gift. You have to run these hoops to get the privilege to BUY a bag. Oh no! I'm so glad there are so many other companies who are perfectly happy to SELL you a bag and all they want is your money.
