In addition to all the problems listed below, in 2 years Neptune will come out with what they should have all along - an all-in-one that tests all 5+ parameters - for less than the Trident+NP (if they are smart).

Reason why no price released was because Neptune was rushed by Bertram to get it ahead of competition to just slap it on a table at the show with literally no information. Problem is, just about 2 months ago, NSI beta testers were still having issues with phosphates test due to low resolution challenges on Trident NP. Too many basic questions for a product that’s supposedly releasing this month that they don’t have answers yet for. This should be a warning sign to everyone else. If original trident is any barometer for this, stay far away. Don’t be a beta tester for something that’s clearly rushed by corporate.

On the flip side, compare it to Hydros who had it running at the show with much more information plus having that prefabricated display for Hydros Maven doesn’t happen over night. It’s been worked on for over 2 years now. My money is on Hydros
