Really hope that in the sequel, we get a fully Emperor Zurg that became an enemy of the Galactic Alliance.

I kinda felt cheated about idea of an older Buzz inside Zurg. TBH I was expecting he would be Buzz’s father.

I kinda like the fact that zurg is buzz from the alternate future cause it actually gives him the right motive and justification as a villian. As buzzes need to complete the mission kinda got in the way of his happiness and completely ignoring the fact that he will lose his best friend and just went on In spite of the fact that everyone was happy on tikani prime so buzz went on to become zurg while creating a alternate past buzz who could see his mistakes and actually learned to adapt being something that zurg wouldnt accept

When his jet pack wings folded out and he said the iconic “Not today Zurg!” that’s when I went wild. This and Sox were some of the best things to come out of this movie

I can't tell if it was intentional or not, but I like how the wings on the ejection seat references the early Buzz toys that had them pop out from the side as opposed to swinging open like most modern Buzz figures and toys do nowadays

If they make a sequel, they better reveal who the true owner of the armor is. I admit, I don't care that Zurg was revealed to be future Buzz, but there is still room for the true Zurg to appear. I think they're holding off on the true archenemy of Buzz until Buzz has fully established himself as the protector of the universe. Who knows, the previous owner could've chased future Buzz to the past to kill him and then proceed to take over that new universe again like how he might've done during his own time. The story writes itself.
