If a "fetus" was found on Mars... EVERY scientist in the whole wide world would say, (drum roll please) "We found LIFE on Mars!!!" AND... every person that is HONEST and reasonable would agree that is what they would say.

I'm fine with being labeled an "Anti-abortionist." We need to casually wear that mark.
I call them, "Pro-abortionists."
Nothing controversial, even if the terms aren't exhaustive.
'Pro-life' & 'Pro-choice' aren't exhaustive either, but actually, they're very indirect... almost shy, trying to be sly.

If the shoe fits, eat it.

Regarding level of development, I think you need to pay more attention to what hasn't been developed yet. The pro-abortion view isn't that simply due to fetuses being less developed, it's therefore morally fine to kill them. Instead, it's that they haven't developed something that is crucial to counting as a person. What they identify as the crucial factor that hasn't been developed will make all the difference.

I saw an article you wrote online and
1. You gave an incorrect definition of abortion. You wrote “The definition of abortion is the intentional killing of an unborn human being.” Per the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology (I’ll give you a sec to look up the word obstetrics since I know you don’t know what it means) the medical definition of abortion is “a medical intervention provided to individuals who need to end the medical condition of pregnancy.”
2. You claim that abortion is killing a human being. Well if an embryo or unviable fetus is equivalent to a born person then that means masturbation is also murdering a human being since sperm are living cells with human DNA that can potentially result in a born person. It’s amazing how when it comes to the abortion debate you people will only point the finger at women to be the accountable ones. Fine, so if all women stop having sex unless it’s to create a child, I guess all you men are becoming homosexual because otherwise that means no sex for you guys either, including masturbation. Have fun with that!

In the meantime, we should make it illegal.

Not very persuasive :T FE: just because the lesser development of a 14 year old doesn't seem to justify difference in value from a 20 year old, that doesn't mean the same works between a 14 year old and a 1 day old fetus that doesn't even has a brain. And so forth, so in summary these responses are not persuasive :/

Before the foetus is conscious (perhaps as early as 12 weeks) it is not a person, it is an embryo. But undeserved killing of a conscious person is murder, whether in the womb or outside it.
