A lot of characters tend to look very different in this style. But Eggman looks almost exactly the same here as he does in Sonic Boom.

I like how the old Japanese instruments and voices are sorts representing sonics “nature”-ness while the electric guitars are adding the modern and new tech stuff of Eggman.
