And suddenly those “assuming there is no air resistance” physics questions make sense

A feather bouncing like a rock was all that I needed to see.

I'm satisfied.

I've always knew this in theory but it's the first time I see it in action, thanks!

That’s feather looks alien in a vacuum holy mackerel

When physics teacher says ingnore air resistance

This is not true. Nothing can beat the speed at which my grades fell during covid

I'm so glad you showed it at normal speed. In school we watched a documentary which featured a demonstration of this, but they only showed it in slo-mo and since then I've really wanted to see a regular speed version

I heard about this in 7th grade and I've always wondered how feather would look like falling without resistance, well now I know, after 13 years.

"So class, what did we learn today?"
"That's why chip bags are so full of air"

Physics 101:

Gravity acts on an object irrespective of it shape or mass. An environment with least air resistance or vaccumn will cause objects to fall at the same rate.

Air resistance: *exist*

And in every physics test question : IGNORE AIR RESISTANCE

And that is the reason why we ignore the air resistance in every physics question

It works for every other large object but it's cool to see for light objects

I remember going over this in 3 separate 60 minute lessons in high school

This just gives a kilogramme steel and a kilograme feathers a whole different meaning.
