The new phone app looks nothing like this. Wyze needs to make an updated video for this function. I can see no one is answering any questions on this video. What's up with that?

why not allow the camera to store everything for the last 14 days? or If that's too much data give the option to store everything for the last 7 days. Catching a 15 second clip then not recording for 5 more minutes won't do anything.

Don't rely on the cloud based event videos. Twice now, in a matter of less than a week, all events were wiped clean now showing only the message to make sure devices are set to record events as if there were never any events there to begin with. There were many. The only reliable way to catch the action is record continuously on internal storage because recording events on internal storage is hit and miss. Good luck then sifting through hours of footage without any speed scan options. Wyze cameras have great potential but the app is very unreliable.

Are you able to view the videos that are stored in the sd card on your phone? Because it seems like the clips that you were viewing on the phone were clips that were saved to the cloud. How about the clips stored in the sd card? How much storage does the cloud have? Will I have unlimited recording space within that 14-day time frame? Will the clips be stored in the sd card first or the cloud storage first?

Is the 14 day free alert video still available these days? Got my new wise cam and sensor kit and I'm still trying to figure things out. The app UI is different than the tutorial 3 years ago 😜

Hi, I'm confused. Alert videos are saved only in the cloud or both "cloud and SD card"? What is 32GB SD card for? Can I take out SD card and view the videos?

I don’t have cam plus anymore. And I noticed today that my 12 second events are also not there anymore. It just shows an image instead of the video. Is this because of no cam plus ?

Why is it that plus says you can view extended (over 12 sec) videos in cloud when they're really not there & not aval when the camera is off 🤔 ? Shouldn't it not matter if ur camera is off since the events are in this "cloud"???

I don't have these options I. The notifications. Once I receive a notification, there is a button to view playback, but when selected, it says no SD card. How do I access the cloud storage? Thank you!

If I purchase one Wyze Cam (V2) camera and it receives updates soon after I get the camera, will the device AUTOMATICALLY update? Furthermore, can this camera also send a "screenshot"/ "photo" of the motion that it has detected alongside a video? Last, can you save the video found from the cloud?

My Wyze appears to have functions on a different screen. I've been able to keep up so far but now I can't find these options on my App (I have a v2 camera). Please advise

So let me get this straight this camera is recording a few seconds at a time to the cloud as long as it is plugged in and some sort of movement in front of it?
