1 oz simple syrup
3 squares of honeydew
3 Basil leaves
1 egg white

Recipe
Add all ingredients EXCEPT the gin into the cocktail shaker. DRY shake for 6 to 8 seconds.
Add gin and ice and shake for 8 to 10 seconds vigorously. Single strain and pour. Salud
