This video shows exactly how to make a walk away split into a Queen rearing NUC box from a strong new colony with a great little marked Queen. We show you exactly what to do to separate a new NUC and pull a frame that has new eggs for the colony to produce queen cells. This also uses a robber proof design I did for the 2 Frame NUC with a feeder in the back. Give this a try to start producing your own Queens! The bees will know they are queenless almost right away and will make their own Queens immediately from the 3 day old larvae.
