Hell Let Loose | Elsenborn Ridge

Elsenborn Ridge is our next map built from the ground up, coming to Hell Let Loose in Update 16 this year.

Before that, you can play and test Elsenborn Ridge! Beginning October 18, we will be running a Public Test Environment on Steam. Stay tuned to our socials for more info.

Hell Let Loose is developed on Unreal Engine 4 for PC.

My great grandfather fought in this battle. PFC Harold McRaney, 3rd Bat, 395th Infantry Rgt, 99th ID.

He was a BAR gunner in the trenches. They defended the main road from the 12th Waffen SS Panzer division. He told me about times when they would have to call in artillery directly on top of their own position because the Germans were on the verge of overwhelming them. He also received the bronze star for disabling a Stug by throwing a bag of dynamite under its tracks and mowing down the crew as they tried to flee. At one point, he shot an SS officer and looting his body. He took a walther P38 and a golden cuff bracelet with Hebrew letters on it.
He was later wounded from mortar fire during the advance into Germany.

I really love the variety of distances and heights in the level design. The rolling hills of the checkpoint look like a lot of fun. The snow settings are beautiful too.

Those winter uniforms look great! and its nice to have another battle of the bulge map, But T17 please reshift focus for new content to the other factions, we need more Eastern front and British front maps!

I hope it will add a breathe of fresh air into HLL. New interesting winter map with dynamic weather, not too open and bland as Foy and more forests than on Kharkov.

You could add some british and russian maps, because most of the time we are already playing american vs german maps. Plus when do we get italy in the mix, we really need another axis faction because of the lack of replayability plus you could add some sick greece and italy maps.

Great to finally have a new perspective on the Battle of the Bulge. The well-known siege of Bastogne was an important battle, but I would argue Elsenborg ridge was a lot more crucial, as a breakthrough here would expose the allies a lot more.

I would love to see more British maps. Considering you're a British based development team, you would think you would include the British faction more. Arneham would be good. Adding a parachute drop would be awesome aswell!

Absolutely incredible. My two favourite maps are foy and Hill 400 this is a mixture of both.
Can’t wait for the dynamic weather update
