Massive new addition for the Static!

Hey, hey, hey! Massive week of updates for our land home ❤️. We finally have a fridge! And I’ve been able to cook our first meal down on the land! HUGE thank you to Glossop Caravans fo the generous gifting. Thanks for giving us our first 110 home ❤️

Maybe get Alfie a little hi vis vest for when he's wandering around. I know someone is always with him, but he just looks so little around all the big vehicles/buildings/tools, it will just be an extra for others to see 😊

My son used to cry when i dropped him at nursery, id walk away crying until they told me he was only crying for like 5/10 mins then he would forget about me and have the best time at nursery. Thats when i realised he was more than fine he was just crying to see what i would do, he eventually stopped crying when I dropped him off and would go into nursery happy. It does get better xxx

Honestly, Lydia, you have have taken to the vlogging life like a duck to water! The vlogs are only getting better and better every time! A thought for the land would be a sand pit for sure, maybe one of those tables we all had in nursery that you can fill with sand? Or sometimes they would empty them and fill them with water when I was growing up. You could also maybe get a little swing set or a see saw or something. They would obviously need supervised on the swingset but a wee sandtable or sandpit and you guys could sit on some chairs outside next to them and watch!

A Sunday Lydia vlog was NEEDED! Me and my little boy are poorly and you cheered me up so much 😁 I love how excited the 110 makes you now the static is down there 😁 and I think a section of the field fenced in and a little play area with mud kitchen, sand pit, water area (for summer haha) and some little climbing equipment as they grow would be the cutest! ❤️❤️

Yes, Lydia, it does get easier, sort of. I was a preschool teacher (ages birth through 5 years) for over 30 years. See his crying as a sign of a great attachment bond. It is very appropriate for his age. However, as a mom, your heart will always ache when he cries. But just wait till he starts telling you by by with a smile and doesn't want to leave. That's a whole other version of heartache.

As a female who also tries to do DIYs on my own, it's a lot more difficult than anyone makes it look. The blisters are bad. Also the Caravan is looking cozier and cozier with each day. All the little appliances matching is so cute.

Great vlog especially the goats, and also u need electric screwdriver saves on the blisters. You can also get peel on vinyl to cover the doors etc lots of colours etc. Keep up the vlogs xx

Hi Lydia, thank you so much for these lovely vlogs. I came across Tom's vlogs very recently, after seeing him numerous times on Joe Sugg's vlogs, and thinking what a great lad he is. (By the way, your Maldives holiday vlogs were superb and so enjoyable.) I've been absolutely loving seeing you and Alfie on Tom's vlogs, and now here we are with these fabulous vlogs of your own. I might not be your usual demographic at 57 years old, but as a mum and a teacher myself, with no grandkids yet, it has been wonderful watching you young mums; it takes me back to when I was your age, and I must say, what a lovely mum you are. I don't often comment on here, but you've put so much into these vlogs and I wanted to say a massive thank you for the enjoyment they are bringing me. Ask the boys to level a large area of the field, fence it off, and inside, you could have an outside play area for the kids. Incude tables and benches for picnics and activities, add a swing, slide and climbing frame. A Sand pit, paddling pool, kitchen, etc can be brought when weather is permitting. Include an open area for football/games and general running around. X

Loving the Vlog on a Sunday, in toms Monday vlog when you was in Costco the climbing frame and swing set that was in the background would be brilliant for a little 110 playground that you could fence off including a mud kitchen, sand pit and water play then as the kids grow it can grow with them 😊

Zoey and Alfie just got a play structure built in their garden think it was their videos last weekend. My son and I both said yous need one just bigger and 4 swings 😊
