Massachusetts hearings end; Wynn Resorts now waits

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission concluded three days of hearings Thursday into Steve Wynn’s sex scandal that exploded into public view last year. The MGC’s subsequent investigation and this week’s hearing will determine if the company gets to keep the gaming license in won in 2013, needed to open a $2.6 billion dollar resort outside Boston.

Today’s was the third and final day of hearings, and the star witness was the company's biggest shareholder, and it's co-founder.

“Ms. Wynn you understand that the commission has asked for your presence here today,” asked a commission attorney. “Yes, for the record my name is Elaine Wynn,” Ms. Wynn answered.
