Hello guys, here's another simple cake to make at home when you are craving cake. It's soooo easy, anyone can bake this at home. I hope you enjoyyy!

Ingredients:
12tbsp milk
12tbsp oil
12tbsp sugar
12tbsp flour
2tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 lemon zest
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pinch salt

I tried this cake and it came out perfectly! The outside was crunchy and the inside was fluffy. I used 9 spoons of sugar instead of 12 but it was too sweet. Next time I'll use 6 or 7 spoons. Please keep these quick and easy recipes coming. Mwah!

I did add a drizzle of vanilla extract but removed the lemon zest because i don't really prefer lemony stuff and the batter did come out very runnier than i thought
