I don't know how JV does it, man. His nights are spent in the clubs and days on the streets. This guy's got a lot of street rep. Cops hate him and racers want to be like him. His flash green Dodge Viper has cops swarming around it all the time.

Jv’s viper is hands down one of the best looking cars on the blacklist

JV was probably the first challenging Blacklist member. He's like the wake up boss because it's when you get to him that the game starts to feel serious.

Webster's C6, JV's Viper and Baron's Caymen were the most coolest cars in the blacklist.

JV is probably my favorite Blacklist racer for the following reasons:

1. His Viper is green, which is my favorite color. It even makes me question if JV is a Slytherin due to his car's color and a viper being a type of snake. By coincidence, number 4, his ranking on the Blacklist, is somewhat fitting since there are 4 Hogwarts houses. (Sorry for going off-topic, and yes I love Harry Potter. Sue me.)
2. The starting position of his first race is unique because your car is facing his head-to-head, evoking a Mexican standoff, accompanied by the bells of a church adjacent to the starting line. No other race in the NFS franchise has a starting position like JV's.
3. He seems to be a DJ, due to his headphones and the bio stating that he spends his time at clubs. His theme song ("Let's Move" by The Perceptionists) even fits perfectly.
4. His overall attire, consisting of headphones, sunglasses, and an orange t-shirt with a robot, looks pretty badass.
5. His alias, being the initials to his full name, makes you think he plays junior varsity sports (note the baseball bat he's holding at 0:08). During the live-action cutscenes, he is also seen wearing a jersey with a number 63.
6. I'm not sure if he's Jamaican because of his name (Joe Vega) and his afro. I'm not even sure if being Jamaican explains his talent as a DJ.

Guys, what if JV appeared in NFS Carbon? Like his Viper is literally cool but in Most Wanted he is similar to Earl and he's definitely a pain in the ass. That drag race of his is my worst nightmare in the game aside from Earl's sprint race. God dammit.
