I have never heard of a 'kitchen knife' manufacturer being sued because a criminal used their knife to stab someone to death... I have never heard of a 'baseball bat' manufacturer being sued because a criminal used their bat to beat someone to death... Why would you sue a firearm manufacturer if a criminal used a their firearm to commit a murder? Isn't it the criminal you need to go after?
