It's actually much worse than this video shows, Try showing up to your appointment to have it be canceled, I'm getting charged for missing your appointment 300 bucks then they lock your car permanently for not showing up as well up as well

I had to Uninstall myself. I would have froze to death when it glitched two nights ago. Now I can't drive. This is the fourth company that this has happened. I have had at least 20 bad experiences with these companies just to have to pay for it. There's no hope

Going through something similar to this currently (unexpected and unauthorized charges above what was agreed upon in the contract). I read all the horrendous reviews of this company AFTER becoming a customer. That part is on me. However, being charged $40 dollars over monthly agreed upon price, and then being charged an additional $35 "decline fee" (the sole reason the charge was declined was because i took all money out of the account except for the agreed upon price + taxes and processing fee) is outrageous. I cannot get an explanation from anyone. No live chat, no live person on the phone, etc, etc. Buyers remorse is real with this one. Would love to have these guys do another story and shed some light on these shady business practices that obviously haven't improved. Most likely they have gotten worse.

This company has the worst better bureau rating lol

this company makes charges and I did not send a receipt the device was not working well explain what happened and they never returned my call and charged $190 +8.27+55.38 it is legal for them to make a charge that they allege that you made a violation but they do not even tell you or show a video of how it is used
