After 8 years of subscribing I have finally cancelled the 2 subscriptions for LF beauty box, after receiving different boxes multiple times now. It's sad, but I always enjoyed watching your videos Claire for a little sneak peek of what I was going to get- you are always so vibrant :))) Now watching these videos just made me jealous lol, as I wasn't gonna get what was advertised basically 😅

LF has a lot to learn from a customer service perspective on this latest issue, not sure if temporary or just due to the whole global situation, but honesty would serve them better in a long run than this sneaky "let's get rid of old samples somehow on customers that don't matter to us anymore" tactic. 🙄

I received a box from February 2022 with expired products. Is this a lack of respect for customers or are they doing this on purpose so that we ourselves unsubscribe from the boxes.

What a nice box, I like this one! Apparently the L’Occitane shower oil is very good and in fac I just got myself a bottle today! This box is really nice, I’ll see if I can get it

I am from Roamnia, subscriber for ~ 6 years and March and April were the first ones that were different. This month the products were also packeged in an outdated box (like they used too) and the booklet (also outdated) says February 2022. I think they sent us leftovers? I received no product from this video.... What is happening?

I was surprised to see they stopped shipping to many EU countries, though I see shipping to countries in Africa or South America. I'm not sure what's happening with LF, but I feel Cult Beauty is going to follow soon. I was not able to get any of their fragrance edits. I know aerosols are forbidden to ship, but they have never had this problem before. CB has always shipped them over here because they ship via land. Too bad to see this trend.

They stopped subscriptions to Greece. I have an active subscription so i received a box for March but totally different than the one displayed on their website. So underwhelming.😢I hope my April box is better.❤ Thanks for sharing.❤

We received a completely different box in the Netherlands. It contained many old products and even one that had gone bad. :(

This one looks good but it's very similar to the glossybox for april so anyone who has both subscriptions will probably feel a bit underwhelmed overall. I am going to get glossy in april I think if the egg is still available as I would like to get that at the reduced price but found the march box a bit underwhelming and decided to risk waiting. I know I could have got it for £35 without subscribing but I do like getting a box alongside. I want to try the brush cleaner and that is in both boxes so thats good. I have the same naughty brush addiction and habits as you :/
