This is video is extremely outdated as I can't connect my domain along with a number of other people. They only give you the option to transfer the domain. The customer service is no help as you can't get into contact with anyone.

this is outdated and I can't connect my third party domain. How do I do this? Clearly the company is trying to prioritize people transferring their domains onto squaresapce and making it impossible to do anything else.

If you are thinking about buying a domain here, please don't do it. There is no support. My domain has expired and I can't renew it or get support. I'm tired of sending emails and trying to talk on chat.
