This is actually a great example of how 36% can be as good or better than 100%.

I only want the people involved in the band to make this music. Not everyone who likes the music. Just the people who have the information and ability to make music well.

I also only want the people who are well educated on policies and their effects, as well as the actual stances of the candidates. Not just what they say on their ads.
