Aaron Dale - Keynote at 2018 NCTN Conference

Aaron Dale gives delivers the keynote speech at the 2018 NCTN Effective Transitions in Adult Education Conference, introduced by Don Sands.

A lifelong resident of Boston, Aaron Dale learned about striving, struggling, and succeeding while being raised in a single-parent household and on the streets of Dorchester (Boston, MA). Those experiences have constantly shaped and transformed his perspectives and framed his understanding.

He brings that “real” outlook to his current role as post-secondary coach for X-Cel Education. His background and outlook are invaluable resources as he helps youth successfully navigate their transition into adulthood and through the post-secondary education and training opportunities in Boston.
