I decided to take a spontaneous trip last weekend, driving up from upstate New York to Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Even though it was a rather short two night trip, I was able to see a bunch of stuff - wanted to bring you along for it!

My fav place to visit was definitely Old Montreal - it's got a nice vibe. Also, I stayed at the Le Nouvel Hotel and it was pretty good! Was about a 15 min walk from downtown tho,.
