I believe the “not a lock” lock is used for discouraging theft rather then actual security. It’s kind of like how robbers try not to break into a house if it has one of those “24 hour monitoring” signs people get

The "Not A Lock" to me is not disappointing. No pins, no need to lockpick, pull to open and just not really a lock.

I like that lock.

As someone that was originally a skeptic. I put my money where my mouth is and bought various master locks and bought a generic pick set from Amazon. Emphasis on generic pick set.

Bruh… the rake pick and tensioner can open most of the locks with an insert and wiggle. The heavy duty boron carbide shackle was the most intimidating but the easiest to open.
