Today's problems 1.Air pollution 2.water pollution...who create carbon emissions....oil& gas factories and other factories polluting rivers and environment... indirectly responsible for million people death...
Agriculturalists who provide food to society/ world and they are environmentally friendly...they are getting suicides across India nation..
Whether the holy book will solve above problems or other current modern problems like AI side effects such as un-employment & lay-offs etc, is a tough question to answer ....in this world of you tube & social media watching era who read bhagawdgita and apply good teachings applicable appropriate for current times & population mindset ( every one busy in collecting money ) it is indeed difficult to answer..More over contextually the holy book written/ told in different situation as to prepare ARJUNA fight in war. Difference situation, population mindset was different and money collection mindset was not as intense as in current times

Only Hindu scriptures including the Bhagavad Gita lays down principles for entire humanity and for every human, it is not address to its followers unlike the Abrahamic religions like islam or Christianity where their quran or bible is addressed to its followers and what the followers should do to the non-followers to bring them into the cult following that quran or bible preaches.

So Hindu scriptures are focused on self improvement by asking humans to look within for answers.
