EU leaders summit: top agenda is support for Kiev

European Union leaders are meeting in Brussels, to discuss everything from the economy, migration and foreign policy.
If there is a unity of purpose regarding Ukraine, there is not one about migration with leaders offering contrary visions of future EU immigration policy.
In addition, relations with China have loomed large over the conference, with EU leaders viewing the country simultaneously as a partner, competitor and systemic rival.

Al Jazeera’s Dominic Kane reports from Brussels, Belgium.

Kiev, was the capital of the Russian Civilization long before 'Ukraine' was a country. It is understandable why the Russians have historical attachment to it. It would be weird for England to lose London or Italy to lose Rome.
