European almond flavour is usually from an essence so doesn't actually taste like just the nut itself like it would in Australia

The one before the daim is called ”dammsugare” which means vacuum cleaner and it’s called that because when you baked stuff you got a lot of crumbs left and someone got an idea to take all those crumbs and mix them. Then the green part on top is marzipan and the sides is chocolate ( I think that’s how they are made)
