Thanks Scott. I have worked for years trying to maintain a standard task list, and recently I've started thinking that a calendar actually makes much better sense. You lay out a really compelling case supporting exactly that, so I think I'll make the switch. Thanks for the great video!

I liked the suggestion of creating a separate calendar for the tasks as well as using all day events and moving them around if they don't get completed on the original day.

since one of the earlier video's, I started using google calendar as a partial to-do list. I only apart from the appointments use reminders. I love it it will shift to the next to, which first of makes sure you don't forget to do something second if your to-do list gets too big and you haven't done it and checked it off you kinda get a self-review that you need to start and get your .... together and do something productive. Next, to this, I have a trello to do list more in the cleaning sense.

I believe that google calendar has since updated the task function so it now shows on mobile as well.
