ICC Seeks Warrants For Netanyahu & Sinwar

The International Criminal Court is seeking arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Hamas leader Sinwar on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. The ICC is also seeking warrants for the Israeli Defense minister and two other Hamas leaders. So now a panel of judges will consider the application for warrants. The charges against the Hamas leaders are extermination, murder, taking of hostages, rape and sexual assault in detention. While the charges against the Israeli leaders are causing extermination, causing starvation, the denial of humanitarian aid, and deliberately targeting civilians. The ICC prosecutor said that Israel has every right and an obligation to get hostages back but they have to do so by complying with the law. Israel and Hamas are finding common ground on this as both are extremely upset. With both of them condemning the court because they say the court is equating victims with aggressors.

Reminder that this conflict was started when hamas invaded israel and attacked a peace festival that was supporting a two state solution kind of wiping their asses with the notion of a future where israel and palestine both exist in peace.
