This basically saved my life. I had caught emphezyma and it felt like I was inhaling needles and the sharp pain was horrible, then I heard about steam therapy and I could finally take one entire inhale. I was literally inhaling one breath by portions, because I couldn’t even do a normal inhale and exhale without the needle pain inside my lungs, and I felt like I was drowning on my own lungs.

Have a bad cold at it was so bad that it turned into a sinus infection which wasn't clearing and my head was a out to explode with the built up pressure. I tried one last thing before having to resort to antibiotics. Hot water and a tiny bit of salt dissolved in (steam inhalation). It loosens the mucus and I can hear it! But my head feels much better

Thnx. However please correct me if I'm wrong. Person should do this for 10 minutes with only keeping yr head under towel for 1 minute at a time, correct? Thing is NO ONE says HOW LONG? 1 second? 1 minute? 1 hour? 1 day..etc? So anyway, after lots research that's what I discovered.
