QUARANTINE COBBLER FT. LANCE I Tom Daley

This is Lance's Mom's peach cobbler recipe! AND OMG IT TASTES SO GOOD! Here is what you need...

1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk
2 cans of sliced peaches (drained)
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Oven 180C or 350F

Melt butter in 13x9 inch baking pan

Mix flour, 1 CUP of your sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in the milk but just until everything is wet. Don’t over mix!

Spoon batter into pan with butter, but DO NOT mix it into the butter.

Bring the peaches (drained) with your other cup of sugar and lemon juice to a boil.

Spoon peaches into the baking pan, distributing them as evenly as you like but NEVER MIXING!

Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350F/180C
