Hi Joe, I enjoy all your videos. I think the music was a bit too loud on this one. Fantastic information though .

Wanderlei Silva´s striking might not be the most technical, but hell yeah it worked perfectly and was great to watch.

His style was pure violence, guy just liked to go after his opponents and take their heads off. Pride FC Wanderlei = Swinging wildly, till getting into the clinch and murder the other guy with knees and elbows, and some headbutts, guy looked more like a Lethwei guy.

My head rushes when I listen to your videos. So many gems that without internet would take me months to even start thinking about. Thank you

Love the content. Mainly do boxing and first time I did kickboxing I had zero idea what to do in a clinch. Learned that lesson the hard way but was a great learning opportunity

I learnt the hard way about clinch defence, a broken nose did the trick but hey good thing I did in training and not in a fight.

So okay i agree with a lot of these but i fought for ten years in MMA went undefeated and even i am guilty blocking some knees with the elbows but since im a strong wrestler i tend to grab underhooks pull my oppent in close and trip my oppenents kinda like how Val schevchenko did with Andrade at Ufc 261 or Petr yan vs aljo reason is i did not encounter too many guys who use the knee properly or were scared as i used to wrestle a lot my striking was my backup and my wrestling was the Jackhammer nowadays its the otherway around cause im boxing now.

The first two reminded me of Kattar vs Holloway where Kattar didn't feint or level change a lot

I'm not an experienced fighter but it annoys me when I watch some guys in the UFC chase there opponent instead of cutting them off. I think you could have included that one.

Very informative sir, Thank you!!! So I have been going to boxing for three years. I can hit the heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag fair, work my head movement, footwork, slip rope...but when it comes to partner drills, hitting pads or sparring for the life of me i cannot or wont punch back im so frustrated with myself. Do i need heavy psychotherapy or something?? LMAO I enjoy boxing im not going to quit but i do need to improve. i just don't know what i can do. Appreciate any tips
