Circumnavigating Catalina Island by Paddle Board

Показать описание
A 56-mile solo paddle board trip circumnavigating the entire island of Catalina. Starting from Avalon Bay, I traveled counterclockwise around the island, stretching up to Two Harbors, paddling around the Land's End northern terminus, and then back south towards the Palisades, Ribbon Rock, and the East End Summit.

On this trip, I paddled among sea turtles, pilot whales, dolphins, giant anchovy bait balls, bald eagles, seals and sea lions.

I'm trying to plan a Two Harbors - Lands End - Two Harbors journey. The prohibitive issue is the board transport from San Pedro. Looks like an inflatable is the way to go. What Tower model is your gear?
