Better help is like teledoc. You get what you pay for if you pay Walmart money you get Walmart results. If you buy a 200 dollar phone that's what you get

Oh the therapist horror stories I could tell... 😭🤬 . Good therapists are soooo hard to find.. feel like I got really lucky with my current one.

Yes! I heard that about Betterhelp (that it’s short term only). IMO is not our job as a someone seeking care to determine length of care especially before we go and find someone (and not just as someone with bipolar, when I suggested therapy for my sis, I told her that she’s not supposed to do the job of the therapist). I appreciate the therapists that suggest what they think about length of care in the beginning. But that’s unfortunate about your therapist breaking up with you 🙃 …my barber did that LOL

I thought about doing BetterHelp but the therapist are rude. People always forget that anyone they speak with could be a potential customer. I use to work for a company where these therapists and counselors used to call in to get professional liability and general liability to do this business. I spoke to so many of them that were rude, impatient and downright ignorant. I’ll tell everyone now my experience from how these people really are because there is no way I want to have therapy with any of them.

I’ve had my BetterHelp therapist for 1 year and 2 months. Is that considered short term? Hope you found a better therapist!
