I doubt they would getter bigger than 150 tons it could be possible but we know that theropods already reached their physical maximum so theres no reason for them to get bigger.

When I was a kid, I read about paleontologists’ certainty that large dinosaurs had to have been very slow moving, dull-witted, cold-blooded and limited to grey or green-colored skin. It was thought that any neck exceeding five or six meters in length would be impossible, as no heart could produce the necessary pressure for adequate blood circulation. And it was broadly accepted that no terrestrial animal’s weight could have exceeded about 70 tons, as bone could not support anything heavier, and that dinosaurs approaching that limit must have spent most of their lives wading in coastal shores, shallow lakes and rivers, and swamps, their bulk partially supported by the water.

Now, the scientific consensus describes some dinosaur species as very fast, highly intelligent, endothermic, with coloration as varied and vibrant as we see in contemporary creatures. And the maximum size is just crazy. Resource competition and predation seem to prompt evolution to overcome almost any reasonable obstacle. Fifty years ago, suggesting a dinosaur with a body length exceeding 100 feet and beyond would have been dismissed as mere fancy, today, it’s accepted as all but proven.

I doubt they could be so large. Its to fragmentary to confirme they all have the same body plan.

I don't know though, the theoretical maximum size of animals in the ocean would be much larger than that of land mammals purely based on the fact that the water helps to negate the stress that gravity places on the animal skeleton. Not to mention that the ocean has proven to consistently be able to support the dietary requirements of some of the largest megafauna in earth's history. The ecological niche is clearly there whereas on land there are some pretty clear limitations.

This short film is a mixture of idiotism and stupidity. Marine animals are helped by the buoyancy of water therefore their bone structure is able to bear much heavier mass.
