Fantastic video. I have two new Dualtrons. Ultra II 72V 32Ah and Spider Max 60V 30Ah. Both are new. In one month I have driven 1000 kilometers with the Ultra. I love both of them. But in my country Norway, they have ruined everything with scooters. You are not allowed to drive faster than 20 km/h. No one buys a Dualtron to block 20Km/h, indeed some do. I don't understand that. The machines from Dualtron are built for maximum speed. Obviously, one should not start with an Ultra or Thunder 72V machine. You have to learn to stand correctly. Drive with the correct tire pressure. If you do that, it's a dream to drive. Unfortunately, there are several countries that follow suit with rules. My new Spider Max was set to 25 km/h speed, but I quickly removed it with the app.
