Why you didn't mention the consequences of doing it? For those who don't know, if you shut down the boardcast, there's a chance someone unknown will contact you, they will be very angry and call in the "pest control", which guaranteed end game crisis to spawn in 4 years after the end game year.

Most people forget you don’t need to build a jump drive. You can actually get there using a quantum catapult and then with both a science and construction ship there, build an outpost and then a gateway to get back

Я с 3 друзьями играли в stellaris, у нас был гросс-адмирал и 5x кризис, я правил половиной галактики, а мои друзья делили другую половину с 4 ботами. Когда пришёл рой пожирателей, я нашёл эту систему и сразу понял, что это последний шанс на выживание, ведь у меня в 3 флотах в общем было 180k мощи, а у роя 2млн-6млн. Я захватил эту систему, но не успевал её застроить. К этому времени 70% галактики было сожрано и я попросил последнего живого друга отправить свой флот задержать 6млн флот роя, чтобы я успел долететь колониальными кораблями до дальней системы и совершить прыжок в "Последний оплот", по пути были съедены 2 корабля из 3, но я долетел, и принял беженцев от моего друга. В конце спаслись только 2 расы в нашей галактике: Разумная капуста и Сфалиане.

so how does this? correlates to Stellaris Lore from what i know the Vultaum are the oldest precursor empire that went extinct, they became so advanced that they are able to break the fourth wall and realized that their entire reality and galaxy was nothing but a plaything for higher beings (which probably point to us Stellaris players) they became so depressed finding this out that they basically unsubscribe to life themselves in a massive scale simultaneously that they went extinct.
this is why most of the OP artifacts you discover are Vultaum origin i remember you can have a mini galaxy as well as a reality perforator artifact from them with the reality perforator as is said in the lore is capable of galactic reality warping itself.
