Mr Ted, Regarding the redemption period in Alabama the liens that were not redeemed and became deeds certificate, the redemption period to the deeds certificate can be done from 3 years after the auction/date of transfer/sale to the state OR from the date that we buy the property in the OTC list?
The Title company it is not allowing to clean the title saying that I need to wait 3 years with my deed certificate, even the state owned it for over 10 years in the tax sale…

5:10 "The property owner has one year to pay you." What happens if they don't pay? I've heard that you'll have to cover the taxes for 3 or 4 years before you can start the process to take ownership of the house. Is this correct, and do you have a video explaining this?

Do you bid on the interest of what’s owed on the taxes or do you actually bid on a price you want to buy the house for that’s the person owed taxes on ?

Hey there’s a realtor here in Alabama has had a tax certificate for over 5 years on a property wants to sell it to me couldn’t I get a tax deed at this point and own it
