Giggle CEO prepared to take lawsuit to High Court to ensure ‘women have rights’

Transgender woman Roxanne Tickle has won a discrimination case after being banned from the female-only app Giggle for Girls.

Giggle CEO Sall Grover joined Sky News host Andrew Bolt to discuss the ruling.

“Federal court, it cost us $500,000 in legal fees to defend ourselves” Ms Grover told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“For the High Court, it will be anywhere between $500 - 800,000.

"If legislators actually did their jobs and ensured that the law protected everybody, they could change this for free in like a week.

“But instead, we will take it to the High Court and, fight to ensure that women have rights.”

BTW, the judge's argument were not even a valid argument IF people could change sex, let's say by magically turning a male body into a full-fledged female one or vice versa.
Why?
Because Tickle arguably didn't do that, obviously. I don't know what Tickle already has done to their body in order to feminize it but growing their hair longer and wearing a dress definitely does not count as such.
If Tickle is still capable of impregnating a woman, their sex is 'male' by the very DEFINITION.
