Kone Polaris Minispace Traction Elevators/Lifts @ Block 23 Office Building Downtown Phoenix AZ

This is my local Kone Polaris auto dispatching system.

Floors 5-9 are office floors so they need a pass. After filming, I got busted by a security guard (mall cop). He sure caught me red-handed. He just wanted to see why I’m filming the elevators and making sure I wasn’t being suspicious. I explained to him with details by saying, “I’m an elevator enthusiast and I’m just interested in elevators. It’s a hobby I have, but I don’t get people in the video though.” And after that, he said, “Okay, that’s all I wanted to know, thank you.” He just let me go about my business, and I didn’t get kicked out or banned from this place, or even worse, detained or arrested for trespassing or loitering. I really appreciate the fact that he was understanding. I tell ya, security is tight at this place at times.

Also, the guard had his mask off during the conversation, but as soon as I was about to leave the building, he put his mask back on. He was kind of breaking the rules, but I didn’t care about him not wearing a mask because I had already been vaccinated against the coronavirus (COVID-19).
