I had 11 wild turkeys in my yard a few days ago. I feed them, the deer, birds and the fish at mu dock. The fish feel me walk on my boat house deck and they start dancing. I am retired and I love taking care of my critters. PS: I have wild ducks, geese and great blue herons also. I am 82 and never happier... Take time, my friends to bask in nature. Lifeb incredibly short...❤

I live in the overpopulated suburbs of north north Philadelphia. My stepmom regularly puts out ground corn for the deer to feed on. Just a short time ago we had three full grown doe eating the corn. We watch them from the family room windows. There are buck in the area too. We see them occasionally too. 🦌😊🌽

Hey Jojo, great idea putting out food for the deer- we’ve made it a ‘tradition’ to throw food out on the back lawn on Christmas Eve for the deer… even though we live in a suburb outside of Cleveland. We’re close enough to a park and undeveloped lands that it’s all gone by the time we check on Christmas Day❣️Our twins are now 18 so it was probably the last year of this ‘tradition’ but it’s been fun and we have a parcel of great pictures that documented the occasion and some years we actually caught pictures of the ‘visiting’ deer!🎄

When I drove the feed truck for the elevator, I made a delivery to a customer where I had to wait for them to open the gate to get into the yard. They had a pet deer that they had raised from birth. It was tame and you could walk right up to it and pet it! They even let it into their house!

I feed the deer, crows, squirrels etc dried corn. The crows leave me gifts near my deck. I buy it in 50 lb bags and they are very heavy so I have it delivered.

I have deer coming thr my yard all the time. There’s a cornfield behind me and a stream on my property so i get the deer early morning the later morning I get sometimes 20 - 30 Turkeys following the same trail to the water. It’s really cool to stand in my kitchen window and watch for an hour sometimes.
