Per the immunologist's fellow, what I have is "similar to CVID" and per the geneticist, I have Unspecified PID. About a year ago, the immunologist told me that I would "never have to worry about an autoimmune disease" because of my very low B cell count. When I reminded him that I had rheumatic fever at age 7, he just shrugged.

In light of this lecture and newer research, a change in immunologist seems to be in order.
