He’s using an inadequate accelerometer so results are dubious. I believe the Sapphire accelerates quicker according to much more professional videos on drag strip - against other ICE cars that it leaves in the dust (or glue).

It's not 0 to 60 and 2.2 seconds is 0 to 60 is 1.89 seconds. I don't know why people always mashing the damn accelerator down to the damn wall. That's not how you get the full takeoff power in an ev, there is always a sweet spot where you get nothing but 100% torque and 100% grip, think of it as a G-spot where you get the best reaction out of the car as you would a woman. If I had a dollar for every idiot who always uploaded a video of them mashing the accelerator to the floor in an instant I would be rich.
